Shipping Info: All sales are final, non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

aeterne will notify you via email if your order is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed. This can happen if there are unpaid import fees, or invalid or improperly-formatted address, or any other circumstance outside aeterne's control. Returned orders are subject to a refund minus shipping fees, and will be returned to our inventory.

Return Policy: Products ship from Tokyo, Japan. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packaging, and up to 14 days for shipping and delivery.
